Liene Apale

Liene came to the United States from Latvia for dancing purposes on 1999. Soon after, she became a US National Amateur Champion for two consecutive years. In 2005 Liene turned professional and had a great success making US Pro Finals, winning Bronze at US PRO Nationals, taking first place in the UK Rising Star Championships, and obtaining first place at the 2005 Ohio Star Ball. Among many other achievements, she placed in the semifinals of the World Championships and the semifinals of the Blackpool Dance Festival. She now resides in Boston and happily competes for Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
