Irina Gorolevici
Originally Irina is from Kazakhstan. She started dancing at the age of 8. When Irina was twelve, she was a Bronze medalist at her first National Championship in International Standard, Vice Champion in International Latin and Ten Dance National Champion in Kazakhstan. Since then Irina has won the National Championship four times.
Irina was a finalist in all major International Championships and was selected to represent Kazakhstan in the World. Representing Kazakhstan, Irina won many titles including first place in the International Standard division and second place in the International Latin division at the Open Asian and Pacific Region Championships.
At the age of sixteen, Irina moved to Russia to develop her dancing and education. She studied at the Tymen Academy of Art and Choreography and also competed all over the World. In Tymen, Russia, Irina was invited to join the Standard Formation Team "Vera" - 10 Time Russian Champions, World and European Champions.
In 2007, Irina finished her studies and became a Professional Dancer, Art Director and Choreographer. She accepted an invitation to the United States and moved to Boston where she continues to focus on her Professional career. Irina enjoys teaching Ballroom Dancing and her students are always a great example of it.
Currently Irina is competing with her partner Anatoli Gorolevici in the Professional International Standard Division. They work with the best coaches in America and in the World. Anatoli and Irina are finalists in all the major Ballroom Competitions today.
